On iPhone, tap Save / share, then choose Save Image (or Save Images) to add your looks to Photos. If sharing is unavailable, download a photo, open it in Files, then tap Share → Save Image. Download ZIP saves a file to Downloads.

Your private download link is available for 24 hours after your first photo. Anyone with the link can access these photos during that window.
